Bugwood Office Hours are scheduled, interactive sessions that may provide instruction, updates, and hands-on assistance focused on Bugwood Tools, apps, and services. Users can join a session and receive one-on-one support and personalized guidance from the Bugwood Team. Please note that users with issues to be addressed should join within the first 30 minutes of the session. Wanna give us a 'heads-up' about the issues you're having, comment on the registration form.

Sessions may include brief informational presentations with open Q&A, guided instruction on tool use and features, work sessions to help users with Bugwood products, general technical support, or guest presenters sharing applied use cases. Breakout rooms may be used to offer one-on-one support and personalized guidance.
