Dear Silviculturist/Forest Scientist;

The intent of this slide set is to compile the best examples we can find of various silvicultural practices and operations, which could then be used for teaching and presentations.

Our plans are to make these slides available in different formats.

  1. A manageable number of the images will be compiled and made available as a set of 35 mm slides.
  2. The images in the slide set, along with additional images, will be made available in digital format on CD-ROM.
  3. A library of images will be compiled on the WEB, where they can be viewed and desired images can be downloaded or ordered.

If you have slides you would like to contribute, please send them to Scott Roberts, Jim Long, or Dave Moorhead at the addresses shown below. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact any of us. We're looking forward to hearing from you and receiving your slides.
